Surya Chandra Retreats for Groups and Individuals

Retreats are available on site on the Surya Chandra 55 acre property starting in the Spring of 2021. Anyone may request the use of the Surya Chandra Center for their group. Masks and social distancing are required.

We offer psychodynamic and mindfulness approaches coupled with novel and powerful yet ancient treatment modalities:

We offer customized and individualized Retreats. Our staff will work with your group. A customized Retreat example is below.
- Initial evaluation with one of our physicians to set intentions and a personalized treatment plan.
- Treatment focused on our modalities of Yoga, various forms of meditation including walking and silent meditation, Labyrinth work, and depending on the Group, mindful eating and body image work.

All Groups works cooperatively and intimately with our staff to heal and treat anxiety, depression, trauma, and eating disorders/body image issues. All Groups have full access to :
- The use of the Labyrinth
- The use of Yoga
- The use of various forms of meditation, including silent and walking meditations through 5 acres of healing gardens
- The use of a Council Circle
- Eating Wellness and Body Image Work
