Sound Healing walking Meditation Retreat April 18, 2026
Join us For a Walking meditation Retreat through The Center's Garden Paths
Set within our serene healing gardens, our Spring Walking Sound Retreat is a journey of openness, renewal, and deep receiving and healing.
We begin with a clearing and opening ceremony, followed by walking meditation with sound healing through our gardens, including our Sacred Grove, Labyrinth Garden, Lavender Walk and The Garden Room. We will also journey through the Greenhouse Garden with our tropical plant collection. We will do some silent walking meditation and a receiving ceremony at our medieval style Labyrinth.
Our sound healing journey will also bring us to the outdoor yoga deck, that overlooks the Willamette Valley and gives a view of our magnolia collection that blooms in mid April.
We will provide vegan nourishing snacks for those interested during the Retreat.
We’ll close the afternoon in community with a group integration process and closing ceremony before gently returning to the world.

Sometimes internal change and transformation happens in an instant, and by mechanisms we have yet to discover. Sometimes this happens in a language that we have yet to use in a different way. Getting immersed in the language of sound can be one of the most powerful ways to experience a healing.
A sound bath is an amazing opportunity to receive a healing that can be unexpected and profound.
Judith Cunningham is our Sound Bath Practitioner. She is also a HeartMath mentor, and author dedicated to guiding others towards inner balance, emotional healing and deep self connection. She believes that true healing begins when we listen -- to ourselves, our hearts, and the subtle energies around us. Her masterful and crystal clear aura allows the sound she produces to create sacred spaces where individuals can realign their energy, release emotional blockages, and amplify their intentions.
